Are you hands-on, reliable, and motivated to learn new skills? We're looking for a Production Operative to join our state-of-the-art facility creating advanced composite components. No previous manufacturing experience? No problem – full training will be provided, though experience in engineering, manufacturing, carpentry, welding, or material handling is a bonus.
What You'll Do:
- Cut, prepare, and handle raw composite materials
- Lay up carbon fibre into moulds and release finished components
- Apply sealants and release agents to moulds
- Assist with assembly, gluing, machine operation, and packaging
- Maintain a clean and tidy workshop
- Complete basic documentation and production paperwork
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining quality standards
- Willing to learn and develop new skills
- Basic IT skills (MS Office) are helpful but not essential
- Honest, hardworking, and motivated
