The Globe is a newly refurbished neighbourhood pub in the heart of Falmouth, focused on great hospitality, quality food, and a welcoming community feel. We’re building a friendly, supportive kitchen team and are looking for someone who genuinely loves cooking and wants to grow.
The Role
We’re looking for a full‑time Chef to join our kitchen and help deliver fresh, well‑executed pub dishes. You don’t need years of experience, just a real passion for cooking, a positive attitude, and the willingness to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistent standard
- Maintaining a clean, organised kitchen
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Working closely with the Head Chef and front‑of‑house team
- Helping create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests
About You
- Experience in a kitchen is preferred, but not essential
- A genuine passion for cooking is a must
- Reliable and eager to learn
- Able to work calmly during busy service
- Enjoy being part of a friendly, supportive team
- Available for evenings and weekends
