Job Summary

Duties
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service at the pharmacy counter
- Assist pharmacists with dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves, checking expiration dates, and organizing medication supplies
- Support medication administration by preparing prescriptions under supervision and ensuring proper labeling
- Answer patient inquiries regarding over-the-counter products, medication instructions, and pharmacy services
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with privacy regulations
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area to promote safety and efficiency
Experience
- Prior experience as a pharmacy technician or in a similar healthcare support role is highly preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and pharmacy operations is advantageous
- Strong commitment to patient care with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with inventory management and customer service in a fast-paced environment is a plus
