We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team and support our service user in Harrow (HA1). Responsibilities Include:
- Support your service user with their physical care needs, including personal care, mobility, nutrition, and comfort.
- Deliver person-centered care according to bespoke care plans.
- Promote independence and respect each service users spiritual, psychological, and cultural needs.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Assist with communication between patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Administer prescribed medication or clinical tasks after completing our advanced training and competency sign off.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the Regional Nurse Manager.
- Contribute to a supportive, high-standard care environment.
Client Overview
- Cat Eye Syndrome
- Tracheostomy in situ (size 4.0 Bivona Flextend)
- Unable to swallow
- Requires PEG feeding and medication administration
- Requires oxygen monitoring and suctioning (tracheal, oral and nasal)
Clinical Skills
Whilst experience in these areas is desirable, full service user-specific training will be provided.

Working Pattern
- Part-time and full-time positions available
- Long-duration night shifts available

Pay Rates
- £30.00 per hour Monday to Friday Day Shift
- £32.00 per hour Monday to Friday Nights and all day Saturday
- £34.00 per hour all day Sunday
- £50.00 per hour all day Bank Holiday
Essential Skills and Qualities

Experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
