Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy the buzz of selling and interacting with people to join our existing sales team. You will ideally have telesales experience, be extremely personable, and able to develop immediate customer rapport.
The main function of the role is to promote, sell and obtain orders from both existing and prospective B2B customers through a relationship-based approach. You will be required to discuss products and services with potential customers and assist in selecting those that are best suited to their needs. The role will involve utilising existing core information already collated by Magnum Packaging and to generate new clients for our product range whilst simultaneously growing existing business.
We are currently looking for Sales Agents, Account Managers, and B2B Sales/Telesales Advisors - experience advantageous, but not essential as training will be given. Competitive salary on offer.
Suitable candidates for this position are required to meet with the following criteria:
- Excellent level of literacy, numeracy and IT skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate
- Excellent telephone manner
- Conflict resolution skills
