Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your hospitality skills within a lively environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring the smooth operation of the bar. Previous experience in a similar setting is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right applicant.

Duties
- Serve drinks efficiently and courteously to customers at the bar
- Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments using the till system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations at all times
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during busy periods
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables when required
- Engage with customers to create a friendly and welcoming environment
- Monitor customer behaviour to promote responsible drinking and uphold safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during shifts
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
- Strong serving skills with an emphasis on excellent customer service
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Good time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers
- A friendly, professional attitude with a genuine interest in hospitality and guest satisfaction
