We’re looking for a Paid Media Account Manager to join a fast-growing, performance-led agency and play a key role in delivering measurable results for a range of exciting clients.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll be responsible for the management, optimisation and growth of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with a talented team to develop strategies that drive performance, using data, insight and creativity to deliver impactful outcomes.
You’ll have ownership of your accounts, working directly with clients while collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, effective and continuously improving.
Client Management
- Manage day-to-day relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact
- Build strong, trusted relationships and represent the agency to a high standard
- Lead client calls and meetings, providing updates, insights and recommendations
- Keep clients informed on performance, trends and market changes
Paid Media Strategy & Delivery
- Develop and execute performance-led paid media strategies aligned to client objectives
- Own campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta
- Manage budgets, targeting, tracking, optimisation and reporting
Performance & Optimisation
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Use data and insights to refine strategies and maximise ROI
- Ensure reporting is accurate, insightful and actionable
Collaboration & Team Support
- Work closely with wider account and channel teams to achieve client goals
- Delegate tasks to junior team members and support their development
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Campaign Integration
- Integrate promotional and marketing plans into paid media campaigns
- Develop a strong understanding of the full digital marketing mix and how channels work together
Organisation & Delivery
- Manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively
- Ensure all work is delivered on time and to a high standard
✔ Minimum 2+ years’ agency experience in paid media / PPC
✔ Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
✔ Experience with Meta Ads (essential) and other social platforms beneficial
✔ Experience with Google Analytics
✔ Strong understanding of performance marketing and campaign optimisation
