Global Security is currently recruiting professional and customer-focused Retail Security Officers to join our growing team.
We are looking for reliable and vigilant individuals who are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our clients, staff, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Protect the store, staff, customers, and company assets.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter theft and anti-social behaviour.
- Monitor and control access to the premises where required.
- Provide a visible security presence and respond to incidents promptly.
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers when required.
- Complete accurate incident reports and maintain security records.
- Liaise with store management, staff, and emergency services when necessary.
Requirements:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence is essential.
- Must have full-time Right to Work in the UK.
- Previous retail security experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to write clear and accurate reports.
- Customer-friendly approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
