Key Responsibilities
- Lead retail operations and overall store performance
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Oversee merchandising, inventory management, and service delivery standards
- Coordinate with suppliers, business partners, and internal departments
- Monitor financial performance, operational KPIs, and business reports
- Lead, coach, and develop management teams
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and commercial performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in retail operations, store management, commercial services, or business leadership
- Previous senior management or multi-site leadership experience is preferred
- Experience managing operational performance and customer service initiatives is an advantage

Pay: £88,000.00-£109,000.00 per year
