Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food production and a strong background in hospitality. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- assist kitchen staff in daily operations to ensure efficient food production.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including all cooking equipment and utensils.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to guests.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.
Skills
- Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

Hourly rate dependent on experience
Employment starts within 1 - 2 weeks.
All levels of skill will be considered:
Under 18s : entry position wage starting from £8.50 ph
18s to 20s - from £11.35 ph
21 and over - from £13ph
all wages are subject to experience and skill levels
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
