What you’ll be doing
Working with the CEO, Managing Director, Board and operational leaders, you will lead finance and provide insight, controls and planning to support sustainable growth, acquisitions, service development and property investment.
· Develop and deliver financial strategy aligned to growth plans.
· Advise the CEO, Managing Director, Board and Senior Leadership Team.
· Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, management accounts and reporting.
· Produce Board reports, business cases, modelling and financial analysis.
· Support acquisitions, new services, property development, due diligence and integration.
· Maintain strong controls, governance, audit, compliance and statutory reporting.
· Improve finance systems, processes and team capability.
About you
You will be a qualified accountant with strong technical expertise, commercial judgement and a collaborative leadership style. Confident at senior level, you can turn complex financial information into clear recommendations.
· Qualified accountant: ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA.
· Senior finance leadership experience in adult social care, healthcare or another regulated sector, with experience of CQC regulation, social care funding, acquisitions, integration or private equity-backed growth.
· Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting, audit, controls and management reporting.
· Experience in business planning, financial modelling, growth, acquisitions or major change.
· Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
· Values-led, hands-on approach with integrity, sound judgement and commitment to person-centred care.

Pay: £75,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
