Job Description:
IPS hiring! We are looking for a talented Human Resources Coordinator I Grade B to join our industry-leading team in Birmingham or Manchester, UK or Dublin, Ireland.
This is a broad and varied role supporting across all areas of the Employee Life Cycle. The role will provide efficient and effective administrative services supporting the day-to-day operations within the HR team with responsibility for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and working closely with HR, Payroll, and other Business Services functions
Position Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for staff colleagues, providing exceptional employee services in a professional and timely manner.

End-to-end ownership for staff pre-boarding, onboarding and offboarding activities including benefits administration, payroll interactions and HRIS maintenance.

Develop and maintain Employment Terms & Conditions Matrices for EMEA entities.

Policy Development & review in line with legislative updates and best practice.

Management of employee leave types via HRIS & Unanet set up for new countries as required.

Employee Benefits administration and interface with external providers on same.

Assist with reporting and completion tracking of performance and reward annual cycles.

Coordination and tracking of individual probation periods across EMEA.

Provide administrative assistance with Employee Relations topics where required.

Reporting, monitoring and tracking of sick leave cases and liaising with HRBP’s as necessary.

Support with employee engagement surveys and/or HR and employee culture initiatives/projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree and 2yrs+ of Human Resources experience, or 4 years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience.

Good working understanding of foreign Employment and Compliance practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience in using HRIS systems.

Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects/programs simultaneously and obtain cooperation from others to see projects/programs through to successful completion.

High attention to detail with excellent time management and project execution

Excellent client-facing verbal and written communication skills
