What you’ll be doing as Senior Hair Stylist
- Deliver high-quality cutting, colouring, styling and finishing services.
- Carry out detailed consultations, understanding what clients want and recommending suitable services and treatments.
- Build long-term client relationships that encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
- Advise clients on aftercare, products and ongoing maintenance to help them achieve the best results between appointments.
- Recommend appropriate retail products and treatments based on individual client needs.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service throughout the salon.
What we’re looking for in a Senior Hair Stylist
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Hairdressing qualification, or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- Professional salon experience with strong cutting, colouring, styling and finishing skills.
- Strong consultation and client communication skills.
- Knowledge of advanced colouring techniques and current industry trends.
- Experience recommending suitable retail products, treatments and aftercare.
