Job Summary:
Krimni Software Solutions UK Ltd. is seeking a Senior Finance & Operations Manager to lead the company's financial strategy and operational management functions. The role is responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, operational performance, business process optimization, regulatory compliance, and resource management while supporting the organization's continued growth within the software solutions industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead finance and business operations to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and operational objectives
- Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, cash flow, financial reporting, and long-term business planning
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, financial statements, and executive performance dashboards
- Oversee operational planning, procurement, facilities management, vendor relationships, and administrative functions to improve organizational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards, tax regulations, internal controls, corporate governance, and statutory reporting requirements
- Partner with executive leadership, technology, sales, HR, and project management teams to optimize business performance and support strategic initiatives
- Identify operational improvement opportunities through financial analysis, process automation, KPI monitoring, and business intelligence reporting
- Recruit, mentor, and develop finance, operations, and administrative professionals while promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent is highly desirable
- Extensive experience in finance management, operations management, corporate services, or business administration leadership, preferably within the technology or software sector
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, ERP systems, financial controls, procurement, and operational management best practices
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Business One, NetSuite, or Oracle), and business intelligence tools such as Power BI is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting software development organizations, digital transformation initiatives, or technology-driven businesses is an advantage

Pay: £75,000.00-£98,000.00 per year
