## Key Responsibilities
*Ability to work alone and manage your own time and standards but also able to work within a small team.
* Deliver excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
* Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits
* Engage with customers and help create a welcoming atmosphere
* Work efficiently during busy service periods.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar and front of house.
* Handle customer requests and resolve issues positively
* Support the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
## What We’re Looking For
* A confident and outgoing personality
* Strong communication and people skills
* Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure
* Bar and cocktail experience preferred , although training will be provided.
* Flexible availability, including weekends and late nights ( last serve 11pm)
* Someone who enjoys building rapport with customers and creating repeat business
