We are currently recruiting for a talented and dedicated Banquet Chef for the Old Stables restaurant.
Set in the beautiful grounds of Allerton Manor Golf Club, there are three unique hospitality venues. The Old Stables Restaurant, Fletcher's Sports Bar and Beer Garden, and Hayloft. As well as serving food 7 days a week, Allerton Manor Golf Club also offers these unique range of locations for a variety of events from weddings through to all life celebrations and corporate functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing all food for our restaurants and events ensuring that the kitchen team can consistently deliver the highest standards of food service, exceeding guest expectations and golf club budgets. Our chefs are responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving high quality menus for thousands of covers a week across our busy venues.
Because of the high standards and the demanding nature of this job, the successful candidates will need to have relevant catering industry qualifications and experience to be considered for this role.

Additional Information:
Previous experience working in a similar position in fast paced pubs/bars/restaurants and dealing with high volume covers is desirable.
Proof of eligibility to work within the UK is required and applicants must live within easy travelling distance from Allerton Manor Golf Club.
