As a Production Operative you will:
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble, pack, or inspect products in line with company standards
- Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues
- Follow health & safety procedures at all time
- Maintain accurate production records where required
- Keep work areas clean and compliant with safety regulations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production process
- You will play a key role in advancing our clients strategic objectives while maintaining operational excellence.

What Our Client Offers

- Pay: £12.92 per hour plus £2.97 night shift allowance
- Temp to perm opportunities
- Overtime once training period is completed

Working Hours
- Days: Monday-Thursday 0700-1630
- Nights: Monday to Wednesday 2030-0700 and Thursday 2030-0400 (training on days for 1-2 weeks)
- AM: Monday to Friday 0600-1400
- PM: Monday to Friday 1400-2200 (1-2 weeks training on days)
