Our Specialist Services
Support innovative, person-centred services for:
- Young adults 18–24 with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs and epilepsy.
- Mixed-age adults with complex diagnoses.
We support individuals who may have experienced trauma or long hospital stays, helping them feel safe, valued and empowered.
About the Role
A leadership role working with Registered Managers and teams to:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
- Coach and develop staff.
- Promote autism-informed, evidence-based practice.
- Support independence and life skills.
- Encourage positive risk-taking.
- Contribute to assessments and support plans.
- Drive service quality and improvement.
We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting autistic people or those with complex needs.
- Knowledge of ADHD, epilepsy and mental health.
- Experience with transitions from high-support settings.
- Commitment to trauma-informed, neuro-affirming care.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A calm, solution-focused approach.
