Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across a portfolio of properties within Leigh on Sea & Great Wakering, Essex. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and experience in cleaning services.
This role is on a self employed basis, providing a potential of 16 hours per week plus more when required
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas - internally and externally on properties
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to high standards
- Dispose of waste responsibly
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stored safely and efficiently
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to company policies regarding cleaning protocols and confidentiality
- End of Tenancy Deep Cleans
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning services is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organisational skills and reliability
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
- Own vehicle to reach each property
Pay: From £16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4.0 – 16.0 per week
