Duties
- Full scope of practice
- Take and develop dental radiographs using digital imaging technology
- Conduct oral health assessments and provide personalised advice on oral hygiene practices
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Educate patients on proper oral care techniques and preventive measures
- Full nursing support
- Experience
- Proven experience as a Dental Therapist or in a similar role within a dental practice or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of exact/dentally systems
- Strong understanding of the SDR
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple patient appointments efficiently
- Certification or registration as a Dental Therapist recognised by GDC
