- Provide advice, education and support to clients, families and carers.
- Support clients to maximise their independence and work towards safe discharge and community reintegration.
- Assess and support the safe use of appropriate equipment.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records.
- Participate in clinical supervision, reflective practice, training, audits and service development.
- Make use of the rehabilitation centre's facilities and resources, including the hydrotherapy pool, where appropriate.

- A compassionate, person-centred approach.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise a caseload.
- A willingness to learn and develop through supervision, training and reflective practice.
- Previous experience in neurorehabilitation or acquired brain injury is desirable but not essential for newly qualified applicants.
What We Offer
- Support and clinical supervision from experienced Senior Physiotherapists.
- Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development.
- A supportive multidisciplinary team environment.
- Career development opportunities.
- Access to rehabilitation facilities and specialist resources.
- Employee Assistance Programme.
