About the Role
Skinoza Clinic is looking for a friendly, professional and experienced Front of House & Beauty Therapist to join our Blackhorse clinic.
This is a combined role. The successful candidate will divide their working time between Front of House duties and providing beauty treatments to clients, depending on the clinic diary and business needs.
You will be an important part of the client journey – welcoming clients, managing bookings and enquiries, recommending treatments and products, as well as delivering high-quality beauty treatments.
We are looking for someone who enjoys variety and is equally comfortable working at reception and in the treatment room.
Main Responsibilities
Front of House & Client Care
- Welcome clients and provide excellent customer service
- Answer telephone, WhatsApp and email enquiries
- Manage bookings and therapists' diaries
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Explain and promote treatments, packages and skincare products
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic
- Maintain a professional, clean and welcoming reception environment
Beauty Treatments
When booked with clients, you will provide beauty treatments according to your qualifications and training, which may include:
- Waxing – hot and strip wax
- Threading and tinting
- Manicures and pedicures
- Facials
- Massage
- Laser hair removal
- Skin and body treatments
- Other treatments following appropriate training
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a receptionist or front-of-house within a beauty, spa, or aesthetic clinic.
- Strong communication and customer-care skills.
- Confident using booking or clinic management software.
- Organised, punctual, and reliable.
- Able to work weekends (required) and additional weekdays as agreed.
