We are seeking a friendly and professional Part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our small team. Duties
- Greet guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, creating a positive first impression
- Assist customers with enquiries, providing accurate information about services and facilities
- Support the management team with a varied range of tasks as required primarily in our coffee shop and gift shop
- Work alongside team members to deliver seamless guest services across all areas
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or guest services is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers
- Organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Friendly demeanour with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
