Caledonia ELT Recycling Limited are a waste management company specialising in Tyre Recycling. We are professional, customer-centric, and fast-paced.
Due to continued growth we require additional Collection Drivers to assist with our waste collections across mainland Scotland.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Working on your own following a pre-planned route to collect from customer sites including loading and unloading your van.
- Completing the relevant information on handheld devices for collections required by our waste management license.
- Assisting in the yard with the unloading and sorting of waste deliveries to site when required.
- Adhering to all H&S and SEPA Waste Management License regulations.
- Liaising with office, other drivers and yard staff.
- General housekeeping and Ad-hoc duties when required.
- Uniforms and PPE Provided.
Please note, this role requires heavy lifting , a high level of physical activity and working in all weathers.
Skills and Qualities Required:
- Excellent Communication, Numeracy, and Organisational Skills.
- Good Attitude and Work Ethic with a friendly and professional customer service manner.
- Full UK Driving license for a minimum of 3 years, 2 years previous experience driving 3.5t vans within a working environment is required.
- Ability to work alone and within a small team when required.
- Due to insurance conditions, we can only accept applications from candidates over 25 years of age.
This is a permanent employed position with training provided, please note vehicles cannot be taken home.
Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
40 Hours
Weekly Pay.
Annual Leave 20 days plus public/bank holidays.
