We are Spicer+Cole, a small group of independent cafés in the heart of Bristol. We are currently seeking a part time Barista to join our team in Central Bristol (BS1 6BX)

We serve the best artisan coffee and loose-leaf tea, together with super-fresh seasonal food, made from scratch in our kitchens each day. Breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake, all made by people who care.
We work with local coffee roasters ‘Extract’ for our house espresso's and alongside this we also offer filter coffee and loose leaf tea.
This is a part time position 2-3 shifts per week and will involve making coffee and general front of house tasks. We are ideally looking for someone who will thrive in a busy, buzzy environment, helping us consistently maintain our 5 star service! Ideally you will have gained some solid experience working in a similar, high quality coffee environment. We are looking for people with a genuine passion for coffee & service and a keen eye for detail; someone who connects brilliantly with people – both your team and customers alike!
