Job Description:
At Springbank Care Home, we are looking for a Care Assistant who shares our values of dignity, compassion and kindness.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support residents living with dementia and other long-term illnesses.
· Deliver sensitive end-of-life care.
· Assist with personal care, dressing and mobility.
· Provide emotional support and companionship.
Requirements & Compliance:
· Previous care or nursing home experience is desirable.
· Eligible to work in the UK.
· This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and requires an Enhanced DBS check.
· Flexibility to work days or nights – (positions available for both at present)
