Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to perform a range of cleaning tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure all areas are kept tidy and organised, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
- Handle laundry services as required, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens.
- Assist with cooking and meal preparation when necessary, adhering to dietary requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks to ensure a safe environment for all.
Requirements
- Previous experience in janitorial roles or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Experience in the hotel industry is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Basic cooking skills are desirable for assisting with meal preparation.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Rate of pay based on 21yrs and older.
Full positions available. The is a permanent role and will include weekends/bank holidays.
