A flexible, part-time opportunity as a Hotel Receptionist. Providing exceptional customer care; working weekends and variable shifts at this leading Country House Hotel, member of Pride of Britain.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest enquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette when communicating with guests and suppliers
- Address guest concerns politely and promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and maintained to high standards
- Keep the reception area organised, tidy and welcoming
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanour
- A genuine desire to assist guests and enhance their stay
- Flexibility to work shifts as required, including evenings and weekends
Pay: £16,625.00-£22,175.00 per year
