Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a broad caseload of private Family Law matters
- Advising on divorce, separation, and financial remedy proceedings
- Handling cohabitation disputes and private children matters
- Preparing witness statements, court applications, consent orders, and settlement documentation
- Drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
- Representing clients at court and undertaking advocacy where appropriate
- Working alongside senior lawyers on complex and high-net-worth matters
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor with IDEALLY at least 2+ years' PQE in Private Family Law
- Experience managing a private family caseload independently
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach and genuine enthusiasm for career development
