As a 1:1 Mentor, you'll work closely with the same student each day, providing the consistency, encouragement, and guidance they need to overcome challenges, develop confidence, and achieve their potential.

What your days could look like
Every day will focus on supporting one pupil to achieve both academically and personally.
You'll work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to provide tailored support that helps your student engage positively with learning, regulate their emotions, and develop the confidence to succeed.
You'll be helping to:
- Build a positive and trusting relationship with one student.
- Provide consistent 1:1 support throughout the school day.
- Encourage engagement with learning and classroom activities.
- Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.
- Promote independence, resilience, and self-confidence.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff to achieve the best outcomes.
