About the Role:
We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and creative individual to join our team as an Activities Co‑ordinator. In this role, you will plan and deliver a varied programme of recreational, social and therapeutic activities that enrich the daily lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and lead group and one-to-one activities tailored to residents’ needs and interests
- Encourage participation that promotes wellbeing, independence, and social interaction
- Work closely with residents, families, and colleagues to develop engaging activity plans
- Support special events, seasonal celebrations, and outings
- Keep accurate records of activities and participation

- Creative, resourceful and able to come up with fresh activity ideas
- Caring and compassionate, with a genuine interest in older people
- Organised and able to adapt activities to suit individual needs and abilities

Computer Literacy is needed as part of the position would be to produce Monthly newsletters, posters, and print photographs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.45 per hour
