What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering and collecting shipments across your designated route
- Providing exceptional customer service at every customer interaction
- Planning and organising your workload to meet delivery commitments
- Loading, unloading, and handling shipments safely and securely
- Completing vehicle safety checks and complying with driving regulations
- Maintaining accurate delivery and collection records
- Identifying opportunities to support existing and potential customers
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve service and operational targets
What We're Looking For
- A full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent geographical knowledge and route planning ability
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work under pressure
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Physical capability to undertake the demands of a multi-drop delivery role
Desirable
- Previous courier, delivery, or professional driving experience
- C1 / 7.5 tonne licence
- Digital tachograph card
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods regulations
