Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties across residential, commercial, or hospitality settings according to client specifications
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure thorough cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of cleaning tasks
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within agreed timeframes and quality standards
- Keep accurate records of work completed and any supplies used or required for future visits
Skills
- Proven experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning environments, including hotel or hospitality settings
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and build ongoing relationships
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and familiarity with different cleaning products and equipment
- Basic cooking skills are a plus, especially for clients requiring additional household assistance
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s licence is essential for travelling between client locations
