We are expanding our current machine team and are seeking to recruit a full time permanent experienced Woodworking Machinist.
- You will work as part of a team and rotate across several wood working machines to include, Beam Saw, Edge Bander, Heated Press, 3 Axis, 5 Axis CNC etc. ensuring a timely output required for production.
- Working in an organised manner to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, to the highest of standards and within the necessary time frame.
- Ensuring safe operation of all necessary machinery.
- Work efficiently to minimise waste of raw materials and in accordance with our LEAN processes.
Essential Criteria:
- A minimum of 6 months experience within a similar environment - full training will be provided.
- An understanding of working drawings/plans and ability to follow instructions and the correct process.
- Capable of working within a team.
- Willingness to work additional hours as required.
Typical hours of work are:
4 days per week: Monday - Thursday 06:00am - 6:00pm with option for overtime on a Friday.
