Help us keep our customers' homes running smoothly
At Abri, every repair appointment matters. Behind every successful repair is a great planner making sure the right person is in the right place at the right time.
We're looking for a Scheduling Operations Planner to join our team on a fixed term contact for 13 months. If you love solving problems, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and get a buzz from keeping things organised, this could be the perfect role for you.
This is a part-time role Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8.30am – 5pm. (22.5 hours per week)
You'll play a key role in ensuring our operatives can deliver an outstanding repairs service to our customers. From managing diaries and coordinating appointments to responding to changing priorities throughout the day, you'll help make sure repairs are completed efficiently while keeping our customers informed and supported.
What you'll love about this role
No two days look quite the same. One moment you'll be juggling emergency repairs, the next you'll be helping an operative fit in an urgent appointment for a vulnerable customer.
You'll work closely with colleagues, customer experience teams, contractors and residents, keeping everyone connected and informed. Whether you're rearranging schedules, finding smarter ways to use resources, or helping resolve a customer's query, you'll play a vital part in delivering a repairs service that customers can rely on.
Most importantly, you'll be helping us provide safe, efficient and customer-focused services to the communities we serve.
We're looking for someone who...
-
Loves organising people, tasks and priorities.
-
Stays calm when plans change and enjoys finding solutions.
-
Has great communication skills and enjoys working with a wide range of people.
-
Enjoys being part of a supportive team while also taking ownership of their own workload.
-
Understands that behind every job is a customer who simply wants their home back to normal.
Experience in scheduling, planning, repairs, or a busy customer-focused environment would be helpful, but we're just as interested in your attitude, problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
Why Abri?
At Abri, we're creating communities and helping people live better lives. We know our colleagues are at the heart of that, so we work hard to create an environment where people feel supported, valued and able to thrive.
You'll join a team that genuinely cares about what we do, celebrates success together and is always looking for better ways to support our customers.
If you're someone who enjoys making things happen behind the scenes and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.
