Job Summary
Ugalco Business & Commercial Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to lead commercial strategy, contract management, client relationships, and business growth initiatives.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and operational teams to strengthen profitability, manage commercial risks, negotiate agreements, and identify sustainable revenue opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement commercial strategies and growth plans
- Manage key contracts, commercial agreements, renewals, and negotiations
- Monitor revenue, margins, costs, budgets, and commercial performance
- Identify new clients, partnerships, and business opportunities
- Lead negotiations with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners
- Develop pricing strategies, proposals, tenders, and commercial business cases
- Analyse market trends, competitors, risks, and growth opportunities
- Work closely with finance, operations, sales, and business development teams
- Manage commercial risks and support contractual compliance
- Prepare forecasts, performance reports, and recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements
- Experience in commercial management, contracts, business development, consulting, or operations
- Experience managing commercial agreements, clients, suppliers, or business projects
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of pricing, budgeting, profitability, and financial performance
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience preparing proposals, tenders, or business cases
- Ability to manage multiple commercial priorities and senior stakeholders
- Relevant business, finance, commercial, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred

Pay: £65,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
