Duties
- Perform professional nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics (acrylics aren’t essential)
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatments, aftercare, and product recommendations to enhance their experience
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to ensure top-quality service delivery
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and foster loyalty
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional advice
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A positive attitude with enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth
We’re looking for a hard working, fun individual who is passionate about their job. Jodies salon has a large client base with the main bulk of treatments being gel nails/ builder nails/ luxury pedicures, however we do offer all beauty treatments.
We have one part time position opening from the 1st September. Applicant must be able to do one evening a week and Saturdays.
