We are looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman / Multi-Trade subcontractor to assist with a range of property maintenance and repair tasks across primarily South London.
This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and is comfortable completing a variety of finishing and repair jobs in residential properties.
Requirements:
- Must drive and hold a valid UK driving licence
- Must have own tools
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work independently and maintain good workmanship standards
- Must be experienced with a minimum of 3 years
Typical Tasks Include:
- Painting and decorating
- Making good and finishing work
- Kitchen unit repairs and adjustments
- Sealing and silicone work
- Flooring repairs and installation
- Fixtures and fittings repairs
- General handyman tasks and property maintenance
