We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Person to join our dynamic team! Preferably with experience in care homes, In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and safety of our facilities through hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for staff, residents and visitors alike. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future planning.Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance roles with strong general knowledge and experience.
- Familiarity with all aspects of maintenance work in care homes.
- Must be a driver with own transport
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work alone and as part of a tea.
Pay: £13.45-£13.50 per hour
