Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of residential developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of property facilities, managing tenant relations, and supervising maintenance. Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple properties, ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, including electrical, mechanical, and general repairs, ensuring timely completion.
- Manage tenant relations, addressing tenant concerns promptly.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules using our newly installed cloud based property management system
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify repair needs or safety hazards.
- Manage project management tasks related to renovations or upgrades within the properties.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for compliance purposes.
Skills
- Proven property management experience.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Supervising experience in a facilities or property management environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on preventative maintenance strategies.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
