We're looking for someone who cares about customers and their vehicles as much as we do. Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go the extra mile are just as important as technical ability.

- Competitive pay based on experience, to be discussed during the application process
- No weekends – ever
- No bank holidays – ever
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
- Friendly, supportive team environment

An MOT Tester qualification would be an advantage but is not essential. Candidates who are not currently MOT qualified will still be fully considered, and we would hope to support the right person in gaining their MOT Tester qualification through training and development with us.
Experience or training in auto electrics and Electric/Hybrid vehicles would also be beneficial, although not essential.
Above all, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable, hardworking, customer-focused, and committed to delivering high standards of workmanship.
