Duties
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants and maximize property exposure across multiple channels
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate lease terms, and secure agreements that benefit both landlords and tenants
- Manage the end-to-end lettings process, including application screening, referencing, and preparing tenancy agreements in accordance with real estate law
- Ensure compliance with all fair housing regulations and local rental laws to promote equal opportunity housing practices
- Maintain organized records of all transactions, correspondence, and legal documentation related to lettings
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently
- Collaborate with property management teams to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure properties meet quality standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management or real estate sales, specifically within lettings or rental markets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and ethically
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with multilingual or bilingual abilities considered a plus
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations, real estate law, and local rental ordinances
- Demonstrated marketing expertise to effectively promote properties through various platforms
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks and record-keeping
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to client engagement and problem resolution
- Prior experience in property management software or real estate administrative systems is preferred
