Opulent Cleaning & Property Services is recruiting reliable, hardworking cleaners to join our team for a large student accommodation deep-cleaning project in Leicester City Centre.
We are looking for individuals who can work efficiently while maintaining an exceptionally high standard of cleaning and attention to detail.
The Role
You will be deep cleaning self-contained student studio apartments ready for new tenants.
Duties will include:
- Deep cleaning bathrooms and shower areas
- Removing limescale and built-up residue
- Deep cleaning kitchenettes
- Cleaning ovens, hobs and extractor areas
- Cleaning microwaves and refrigerators internally and externally
- Cleaning cupboards, drawers and storage areas
- Wiping walls, doors, frames, skirting boards and surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping hard flooring
- Removing grease, dirt and staining
- Detailing fixtures, fittings and high-touch areas
- Completing final presentation checks
- Reporting any damage or maintenance issues
- Following room cleaning checklists and company quality-control procedures
What We're Looking For
We need people who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking and able to work at pace
- Extremely detail-focused
- Comfortable completing deep cleans rather than basic domestic cleaning
- Able to work as part of a team
- Able to follow detailed cleaning checklists
- Available for multiple shifts during the project
- Comfortable with physically demanding cleaning work
Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred, particularly in:
- End-of-tenancy cleaning
- Student accommodation
- Serviced apartments
- Hotels
- Deep cleaning
- Post-tenancy/property cleaning
However, strong candidates with the right attitude and work ethic will also be considered.
