Overview
We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multi-skilled Operative to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a broad range of practical skills to contribute to diverse projects across the building and refurbishment sectors.
The successful candidate will be involved in various tasks, demonstrating proficiency in multiple trades to ensure efficient project delivery. A strong work ethic, adaptability, and a commitment to safety are essential for this position.
Responsibilities
- Carry out carpentry tasks including framing, fitting, and finishing work.
- Carry out painting and decorating tasks, Including filling and prepping.
- Carry out plastering to a professional standard.
- Finisher on bathrooms, including silicone, caulk and final walk through.
- Assist with site preparation, clean-up, and organisation to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, painting and plastering work.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools relevant to construction activities.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good physical fitness with the capacity to perform manual labour in various weather conditions.
- Commitment to health and safety regulations on site.
- Flexibility to adapt to different roles within the team as required.
