We have exciting new opportunities available for Care Co-ordinators to join our domiciliary & extra care services in Ellesmere Port & Chester.
Salary: £29,973.84 per annum
Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours per week working on a shift based rota 7am – 3pm and 3pm-11pm including alternate weekends and additional on-call duties
Location: Ellesmere Port & Chester – office based with field support in both areas as required, a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
