Are you an experienced stylist looking for a salon where quality comes first and your work is genuinely valued?
The Cutting Room is an award-recognised boutique salon located within Colets Health & Fitness Club in Thames Ditton. Following a recent refurbishment and continued growth, we are looking for a talented stylist to join our friendly and supportive team.
Our salon specialises in bespoke colour, grey blending, smoothing treatments, curly hair services and hair extensions. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences through one-to-one appointments, expert consultations and outstanding results.
This role would suit a stylist who enjoys building strong client relationships, takes pride in their work and wants the freedom to manage their column while being supported by an experienced team.

What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 qualified (Level 3 preferred)
- Minimum 3 years' salon experience
- Confident in cutting, colouring and styling
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional, reliable and self-motivated
- Passionate about delivering a five-star client experience
- A team player with a positive attitude
