We're looking for an experienced, compassionate Kennel Supervisor to help lead our dedicated team across our animal rescue and 5-star boarding kennels. If you're passionate about animal welfare, enjoy leading by example, and want to make a genuine difference every day, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for someone with:
- Level 3 (or above) qualification in Animal Welfare/Animal Management
- At least 2 years' experience working in a kennel environment
- Previous team leader or management experience
- A genuine passion for animal rescue and rehabilitation
- Exceptional standards of animal care and welfare
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- A positive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a busy environment
Your role will include:
- Lead, train and mentor kennel staff to deliver high standards of animal care and customer service
- Maintaining exceptional welfare standards across both rescue and boarding kennels
- Overseeing the daily care, health and wellbeing of all animals
- Ensuring our 5-star boarding standards are consistently achieved
- Creating a safe, clean and enriching environment for every animal in our care
