The Role
We are looking for a positive, organised, and reliable Administration Assistant to support the smooth running of our service. You will play a key role in ensuring our company, training/learning programmes, and co-worker support teams can operate effectively. This is a varied and meaningful role within a busy and purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
- Manage emails, phone calls, and general enquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Support document preparation, filing, and office organisation
- Assist with administrative tasks linked to co-worker programmes
- Help prepare learning materials, timetables, and session resources
- Support tracking of co-worker progress and attendance records
- Ability to work independently and utilise own initiative
- Support scheduling of meetings, reviews, and training sessions
- Ensure clear and professional communication at all times
- Help maintain a welcoming and organised office environment
- Support safeguarding, confidentiality, and data protection procedures

Essential Requirements
- Experience in administration, office support, or coordination roles
- Knowledge of confidentiality and GDPR processes
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in education, care, charity, or supported employment settings
- Knowledge of safeguarding processes
- Knowledge of or experience with other IT programmes
- Familiarity with supporting people with additional needs
