John M Munro Ltd is looking for an experienced Beef Trimmer to join our busy production team in Dingwall.
The role involves trimming boned beef to a high standard, working as part of an established team supplying customers across Scotland.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is confident using a knife
- Can work accurately at a good pace
- Takes pride in producing a consistent, high-quality product
- Works well as part of a team
This is a full-time, permanent position with a long-established Highland food business.
There are also opportunities for experienced trimmers who want to develop further into beef butchery and boning.
