Duties
- Provide expert hairdressing services including cutting, coloring, styling, and special treatments with precision and creativity
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and payment processing to ensure smooth daily operations
- Mentor and train junior stylists and apprentices, fostering skill development and maintaining high service standards
- Upsell retail products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene standards, and equipment upkeep in accordance with health regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a senior hairdresser or stylist with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility in cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
- Knowledge of store management principles including scheduling, inventory control, and team coordination is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and management
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Ability to mentor others while maintaining high standards of professionalism and technical expertise
